MARBLE CARE SERVICE
Well maintained marble flooring in your office or home leaves a lasting first impression on your visitors. However, over time and without proper maintenance, marble tend to lose its shine and look a little dull. This is due to wear and tear from abrasion or using wrong cleaning agents or exposing the marble floor to direct sunlight.
We provide our professional marble polishing service to help restore the shine on the marble flooring and make it look as good as new.
SCRUBBING OF TILE/ MARBLE/ STONE FLOORS
Cleaning of the floor using Single disc scrubbing machine with special detergents and scrubbing pads.
Removal of the soapy detergent using Extraction process by Vacuum cleaner/Automatic floor cleaner.
The cleaning undertaken by us would generally remove all type of stains. However, it should be noted that old and completely dry stains are difficult if not impossible to remove. Hence, you may note that certain stains would exist even after the cleaning is completed.
MARBLE RE-POLISHING
By using Aqua Mix Marble Re-polish which is designed to restore a factory like shine to the marble by removing light surface scratches and re-polishing worn or etched areas. It eliminates the requirement of conventional stone polishing system and is quick to use, leaves no residue/slush while working. Maintenance of flooring is every owner’s nightmare whether a commercial building, a star hotel or a residence. This difficult task is now made easy with the introduction of floor care treatments. Stone care starts right from the source when stone is purchased and proceeds a process of fixing / installation, protection and finally maintenance.
Accordingly, Radiant provides solutions to the end user either by protecting the stone prior to laying the stone or after the installation using SEALERS which are generally water based. Certain floors once installed required periodic maintenance for which Radiant provides FLOOR FINISHES from Johnson Diversey, STONE ENHANCERS, FLOOR SHINE & HARDERNERS etc.
The latest care to marble involves a system of CRYSTALLISATION which is unlike the conventional grinding methods here using a crystallisation powder or liquid. This protective treatment given to marble floors restores the marble to a Factory-like shine and makes it harder and more durable for use.
In case of problematic cases like stains on the floors, Radiant provides solutions like CLEANERS & PROBLEM SOLVERS which are chemicals designed to remove the dirt and other foreign particles and give the surface an original look.
The above treatments can be undertaken on generally all types of floors such as kota, sandstone, Jaisalmer marble, terrazzo etc. However, all the above floor care is advised to be undertaken by floor care experts in order to avoid any damage to the surface. Due to the nature of the fabric & its texture a special shampoo is used which has the property to dry in the shortest possible time. This ensures that the Carpet does not decay or catch on to bacteria due to wetness. It may take up to 2-4 hours for the complete drying of the Carpet. It is suggested to keep the Fan or Air Conditioner ON for faster drying.

SCOTCH GUARD PROTECTION:
SCOTCH GUARDING ensures that your fabric has a longer life. All stains if any can be removed by wiping with a single sponge. The coating protects the fabric from abrasion and wear, this process is being done to protect the fabric in the long run thereby, bringing down the cost of maintenance. Allows steam cleaning of fabric without altering condition.
PRESSURE WASH CLEANING
Pressure washing is the use of high-pressure water spray to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, chewing gum and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings and concrete surfaces. Pressure washing can help enhance properties appearance.
Cold Water Jet Equipment pressure of 180 bars would be used to clean up rough surfaces like Swimming Pool Decks, Driveways, Lobby Entrance, etc. Cold Water Jet equipment, pressure of 180 bars would be used to clean up these rough surfaces. This cleaning operation ensures that all particles other than that absorbed by the tiles is removed. Also, since this is the cleaning operation, no change in original colour of the tile or the shine will be observed. However, depending upon the surface, the procedure will vary.
TANK CLEANING
Cleaning water tanks regularly will help prevent algae from lining the interior and keep sediments from building up at the bottom of the tank. It will also limit disease-carrying insects and vermin from residing in the tank. Clean water tank will also allow it to maintain water quality, colour and smell.

GLASS CLEANING
Glass Cleaning job will be undertaken using special window cleaning equipment. The chemicals used along with the water for cleaning of the glass are of a non -streaking nature. We undertake all kind of glass/facade cleaning including tall structures, as well as washing of roofs extra.
